Saved us thousands of dollars!
My OEB was having cluster seizures, horrible epilepsy. This company was top-notch in coverage, customer service, etc. They helped my daughter when I was away and she was dog-sitting, and let me handle everything by phone and fax. Awesome!

Great service
After having my dog for just six months, I discovered she had a congenital malformation of her legs. She had three surgeries. Healthy Paws paid 80%, the customer service folks were wonderful and I received the checks within a week of submitting them. I do not know what I would have done.

Amazing pet insurance!
My dog, Mia, unfortunately, had to have bilateral TPLO surgeries for CCL tears within a few months from each other. Claims were submitted online and were reimbursed quickly! They also checked in to see how she was doing after surgery. Great customer service/ excellent pet insurance.

Excellent insurance.
I picked the best year to get health insurance, and more importantly I liked the best insurance. They have covered everything according to my selected policy without hesitation. They call and check up on my dogs and ask how they're feeling. I have had everything covered from general sickness, to heartburn, stomach pains, allergies and medications and eye surgery. I have the accident/illness coverage and it's been a dream.

No hassle
Puppy got unexpectedly sick with multiple conditions and while not serious, required multiple visits to the vet for constant monitoring and adjusting of medication. They handled the claims with no issues and checked in to see how my puppy was doing.
