Embrace has been so easy to deal with, efficient, and generous with their coverage! My golden has a cyst in her eye that needs to be removed. I asked for pre-approval, and they got back to me within 24 hours and will cover 80%! I'm so glad I don't have to chose between financial ruin and my dog's eyesight. Best thing I ever did was sign up for Embrace pet insurance!

I have had ASPCA pet insurance on my two dogs for ~5 years. Fortunately I have not had to use it until the last 6 months when one of my guys developed a skin irritation. Since that time, we have had umpteen visits to the vet and have tried many different treatment options including steroids, mite treatments, antibiotics, medicated washes etc My dog's condition has varied from terrible to manageable during this time but he has never been 'perfect'. However, despite the numerous visits, I have never had one issue with a claim and there has been no hint of the insurance not covering what I am entitled to under my policy. At the end of the day, you buy insurance in the hope you don't need it but also in the hope that, if you do need it, there is no haggling and no attempt by the insurer to wriggle out of paying. So far, ASPCA has been perfect - they have been supportive, sympathetic and have paid claims promptly and without any fuss. I cannot fault them in any way and would thoroughly recommend them .

After having my 6 year old beautiful golden retriever experience epileptic seizures lasting almost 4 hours and taking her to 2 difference veterinary facilities, we were advised to go see a neurologist at a 3rd facility that specialized in animals to advise if our family pet had brain cancer or something else. By having this valuable insurance, we didn't have to worry how were we going to pay for the rather expensive & extensive testing performed (over $2,500.00!). Our fur baby is now under medication and returning to a normal life. Completing the claim form online was very easy and the turnaround for receiving funds in my bank account was very quick. After this process I received a call from them asking how my pet was. Customer service is great!

Your customer care representatives are very helpful and courteous. This is the first pet insurance policy that I have had and overall I am very satisfied and thankful I enrolled. However, I think your 180 day waiting periods are excessive.
