Great customer service! When I wasn't sure about which company to go with, I called Trupanion and spoke with Carole. She was very patient, kind and seemed to genuinely care. Carole walked me through different options so I could make an educated decision - its very daunting with all the information - deductibles etc. I decided to register with Trupanion for my new puppy, Hamish. So far I am very pleased.
