Pre-existing conditions
i should have been more careful when enrolling Velma with Trupanion. She had pancreatitis years ago, and this became a big issue over the past 2-3 years as a pre-existing condition, the definition of which seems to have been stretched a bit to deny coverage.

Denied claims
I've had past issues with Trupanion not paying out and creating new buckets for recurring issues. It's unfortunate given that trupanion prides itself as a perceived ethical insurance option.

Denied claim
Just disappoint that since we have a male dog and his testicles did not drop we are not covered by insurance. The surgery is compared to neutering a female.

Overpriced premiums
My experience is great every time I call in. I don't want this survey to reflect negatively on Kevin as my issue is with the over priced premiums I pay, not customer service.
