My dog has complete coverage, the top of the line insurance, and I had 2 shots given to my Golden Retriever, it's been 11 days and no response from them, we have emailed them several times and no response back...

ASPCA has been wonderful to work with!! They truly care about the wellbeing of your pet and are very easy to work with. I have had dogs all my life and would think about getting pet insurance but never did. My beloved dog Sam was diagnosed with lymphoma and I was devastated. Sam went through chemotherapy, which was costly ($10k) but worth every penny. After Sam went into remission I decided to obtain health insurance through ASCPA for him knowing that the lymphoma may come back. It did come back after he had been in remission for one year. With the help of Sam's ASPCA insurance coverage Sam has completed his second round of chemotherapy and is in remission again. Thank you ASPCA!!!! If you love your "furry" children contact ASPCA regarding their pet insurance! The monthly cost is minimal and well worth it if your pet becomes ill.

I have had other pet insurance in the past and was always disappointed in the return on investment and quality of service. We have had Embrace Insurance for the past 3 plus years and find it to be an excellent company. What is very important to me is the way that the Embrace Staff treats me when I call with a question. Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable. The company also sends important information via emails and always sends good thoughts to our two dogs. Most of the time the response and payments for submitted bills is very timely. Overall, I am very happy we found Embrace.

I am beyond over this insurance. My cat had a UTI before I got Healthy Paws for both my cats, so of course they wouldn't cover that visit. But then he got another UTI 7 months later and they said it was a precondition, so anything that is UTI based now they will not cover. I'm mad due to the fact that a precondition is something they are diagnosed with but my cat wasn't diagnosed with a disease. If there is anything wrong with your pet before going into the insurance, it's a waste of money.

This policy saved my dog. Twice now.
