Price increase
I've been recommending Trupanion for nearly seven years. When your policy changed from limiting your annual premium hike from up-to-20% to DOUBLING this past policy anniversary, I am less inclined to recommend you.

Supportive staff.
Everyone I have talked too has been so supportive and positive I really feel like they share the heartache when your pet/family member is hurt. I have worked in sales/travel and always felt with the public and I have rarely felt the true kindness your people show to clients. I will never regret my decision to sign on for health insurance for my kittens, I wish I had not required it so soon or at all but your support truly did help both Tinker and Bryan and me. Yearly increases
The reason for only a 4 star on recommendation is due to yearly large increases on premiums. Until recently I only had 1 very very small claim yet you have increased my premiums by 100%. Plus Embrace is cheaper and they cover well care and shots. Something Trupanion needs to cover
