I can't rate them highly enough
As a veterinary nurse, I see people have to choose between saving their pets life and paying their mortgage all too often. About six years ago I didn't want that to happen to my pets so I researched and decided on Healthy Paws. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Not only have they saved my pets life but he wouldn't be walking without them. Unlike most other Insurance companies, they try to find a reason to pay your claim not deny it. Easy to submit claims, fast reimbursement. I recommend it to our patients s all the time. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Great communication and service
I have had Embrace insurance for 2 dogs for over 5 years. Notifications are sent out from the time claim is received, processed and approved. Couldn't ask for more. Having good pet insurance, takes a lot of stress of worry out of managing your pets health, especially when there is a serious health problem. Thank you.

Healthy Paws is an outstanding company
Best pet insurance! Great customer service, Always timely with claims, never have had a single issue with a claim, everyone is kind, concerned and helpful and an outstanding company. I wish my health insurance was as comprehensive, patient oriented and geared toward the consumer.
I give Healthy Paws 10 stars!! I highly recommend Healthy Paws !!!

Ripoff!!!!
Don’t bother! They want through my 2 year old dogs vet file and denied all my claims because he had one seizure a week before I purchased this insurance. While they were explaining to me why they brought up an ear infection and UTI and said those were also pre-existing. I think this is a violation of my privacy that they went through all the dogs records. I have a right mind to contact a lawyer but I will for now just advise everyone not to purchase this insurance.
