Embrace is the BEST!
Embrace customer service always feel like family--had questions about coverage for my greyhound's latest injury, and the guy I talked with at Embrace was so helpful! Embrace is common sense, non-bureaucratic, caring insurance. Embrace was recommended to me by another greyhound owner (greyhounds are like thoroughbred horses--bred for speed, not health, and being delicate, are prone to injury)--and I am thrilled with Embrace. MUCH better than VPI which I had for a former dog.

We have had only the best customer service with Embrace pet insurance. If we did not have Embrace pet insurance, we would not have been able to afford the surgery our puppy needed. We are so grateful for Embrace pet insurance!

Trupanion couldn't make it easier!
Buddy had to have his gallbladder removed. It was a stressful, scary situation for me and an expensive procedure on top of that. Even believing that my little guy needed the surgery, I wouldn't have been able to afford it without my Trupanion insurance. Even better than having access to the insurance funds was the process of working with them: helpful, concerned, quick processing of my claim, and they had a great relationship already established with my vet and the emergency hospital. After the first claim, all other claims were sent in directly by the vet and hospital and I was simply shown the insurance that was applied and given the amount owing. It was a great process and I appreciate the care and speedy service.

Excellent
I couldn't be happier with Embrace. I originally had 2 cats on the policy, and one passed away this September. Everything was handled very professionally, and I was very impressed and appreciative when I received a sympathy card from Embrace when Bonnie passed. I would recommend Embrace to anyone. Thank you!

Wonderful Experience
I am beyond impressed! My dog got sick and I had to make a claim...in less than 48 hours I received a message letting me know the details of the coverage. Every time I have called Embrace, I have received the most wonderful and professional customer service. Too bad they don't cover humans because I would definitely enroll with them. :)

Forever grateful
My Golden Maiya was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. This was a very difficult time for her and us her human family. Your coverage gave us the opportunity to give her the best possible treatment. We travel to Colorado State University radiotherapy and chemo thanks to this she had a good quality of life while she was with us sadly she latter passed due to pneumonia but your help and support was invaluable. Thank You Embrace!
I always considered pet insurance to be too expensive and not worth the expense. Then my sister's dog had to have emergency surgery for an obstruction and the bill was huge. I started researching all the pet insurance companies just to get an idea of cost and what they cover, and realized it would take a few years of monthly payments to equal my sister's Vet bill!
Embrace is considered one of the top companies but it is one of the very few that also covers wellness expenses, and that was most important to me. A company that will help you keep your pet healthy has to be good!
I have had two claims so far and Embrace has settled them both quickly and professionally. They always let me know what they are doing, and why, and are more than happy to answer any questions. I just am so very happy with them and wish I had decided to join them years sooner!
