She was very kind, helpful and warm. She answered all my questions and talked to me that helped me as my best buddy was dying of Cancer. He passed away 17 Apr '18. The cancer tumor on his jaw increased so much that he could not eat or drink anymore. I brought him in (Ninja) to Camino Aniumal Clinic where they looked at him and told me it was time. There was no more they could do for them. He was in pain and his eyes were sd. They gave him a shot to relax him so the pain would go away and allow me to hold him for awhile and I had a chance to say good by and and talked to him. I was devastated at his loss and I don't know how I made it home without him. He will always be in my heart. I loved my Best Buddy so much. I wished him farewell on his trip to Dog Heaven where he would be free of pain and problems. I set him free. Alice helped me get ready for this moment. Thank her for me, Lewis Cains for Ninja my Best Buddy.

My huskimo got very sick and it was going to cost us 2,000 to get her healthy again. Healthy Paws covered 80% of it excluding the exam fee and what was left on my $250 deductible. My girl is healthy again! Healthy Paws made it possible for us to afford the care that she needed. And they even checked up on her a couple of weeks later to ask how she was doing. Great idea to have insurance especially with a highly active breed or a breed predisposed to certain conditions. We have used the insurance dozens of times (antibiotics, flea meds, heart worm preventative, vaccinations) and it has paid for itself, practically. Customer service is always helpful and friendly.
