Excellent and Quick Service
Without Nationwide Pet Insurance, we would not have been able to afford the operation that saved the life of our cat, Patty. She is a much beloved kitty and we are thankful we were able to have the surgery. The online application provided Nationwide is an excellent tool for submitting claims. The company was prompt and it took much of the anxiety out of the situation.

Slow Moving
I am very thankful for having insurance for my dog and grateful that Nationwide held up their end of the policy by paying 90% of my dogs eye surgery. But what I am unhappy with was how long it took to get the approval!! And wasn't impressed with customer support.

Great customer service and very fast
Had nasal fungus. Bill exceeded $5k. Took 2 weeks to respond and embrace sent my money instantly.

Provider has significant problems
Poor customer service. Non-responsive website link for submission of claims. And THREE WEEKS to get a claim approved/paid once you finally get your claim submitted!
