Embrace is Amazing.
Embrace has been amazing. My new puppy has had issues all year from unknown allergy’s and a virus. I have submitted every claim online and received immediate responses every time. This last time was quiet expensive and in less than a week I received my reimbursement from my visit. This insurance company is amazing and I am so happy after researching many companies that I chose Embrace. I love this company and highly recommend.

Very nice experience with Healthy Paws.
Our cat Pepper broke his leg in December and needed surgery. It was a heartbroken time for us. There were so many things to worry about from finding a hospital that could schedule surgery quickly to concerning if he could get fully recovered from the injury. But fortunately, we don't have to worry too much about the financial burden because we purchased health insurance when we brought Pepper to our family. The first reimbursement took a few rounds of communication because of the requirements of medical records. But the reimbursement arrived swiftly after there is no issue with documents. The reimbursement for later medical costs was simple and easy. Now we could see our little angel could happily jump and climb just as before. I am very satisfied with their efficient and responsive service.

Easy to access, frustrating simplification of reason for vet care
The turn around time for processing was much quicker than expected and the submission process was quick and easy. I only gave 3 stars out of 5 because I wasn't considered for reimbursement for dental cleanings. While I do understand that dental cleanings are normally routine, in this case my vet told me to schedule meelo for dental work to address the absorptive lesions and potential additional issues. Meelo is a young cat for whom I provide at home teeth brushing, so this dental work incident was definitely not routine at her young age.

Trupanion is a Pet Owners BEST FRIEND!!!
My wife and I brought home a puppy Border Collie Mix about 16 months ago. Having spent a fortune on Veterinary Services over many years, we decided to purchase pet insurance. Long story short, our puppy wasn't overly healthy and over the last year and a half has needed consistent care. Thank God for Trupanion as they have been helping us every step of the way. Their staff is extremely warm, compassionate and beyond helpful. We have received swift notice of monies being deposited into our accounts and there is always someone to be in contact with. We truly feel as though Trupanion Pet Insurance as a company is a Best Friend to us and our pet. If 10 is a highest rating then we we give them a 100+ !!!

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. One the communication is horrible. I have several claims that took almost a year to complete! A YEAR!?!?? I get it you need all the documentation before moving forward. Except you don’t communicate what documents and when I get the documents over to you promptly after talking with the vets. You still talk too long. I had one of the reps email me and say, “I read in the notes you told Banfield you didn’t want a wellness plan bc you had one already” and then asks me who it is!?!? Excuse me did you even look at my coverages to see I had wellness through you guys. Geeez maybe that’s why I didn’t want one through Banfield. Now I’m thinking I should had it through them instead. Absolutely horrible. Reply to their reply: First of all, all the emails you sent me where asking for mor medical records. I advised you multiple times, hey she’s a puppy. I gave you her records that the breeder gave me and you kept asking for more records. Your emails kept asking for a years worth! Lol this is almost comical. She was an 8 week old puppy. Seriously? I kept emailing you guys telling you this and I would get the same automated response. Don’t get me started on my other dog I have a claim open since April 2021 that’s supposed to be A WELLNESS VIST! He got his shots!!!!! They gave him anxiety medication because he was scared of them. Yet you send me the automated responses need 12 months of records. I have contacted his vet and they sent you everything, not sure what I need for a WELLNESS VIST. EMBRACE IS A JOKE. None of my friends nor family will get it. I am very vocal about it on Facebook.
