I have not yet sent in my claim, but so far the process seems easy. Kelcie (of your office) was extremely helpful to me. She emailed the claim form and also sent it 'snail mail' as the form was not printing out correctly. I will leave another review after the process is completed.

Megan went a country mie to try to assist me. I am very grateful for her caring. Most of your agents are not like Megan. My problem is with Trupanion, not Megan!

We pay for insurance with the hope we never have to need it and hope that if the day comes where we need to file a claim that the process will be with out hassle. Trupanion Insurance and their representatives have exceeded our expectations. Each representative I have spoken with have been professional and caring. They have eased my concerns and helped to make this process as stress free as possible. Tango is in good hands.

quick reimbursement and excellent customer service

She was very kind, helpful and warm. She answered all my questions and talked to me that helped me as my best buddy was dying of Cancer. He passed away 17 Apr '18. The cancer tumor on his jaw increased so much that he could not eat or drink anymore. I brought him in (Ninja) to Camino Aniumal Clinic where they looked at him and told me it was time. There was no more they could do for them. He was in pain and his eyes were sd. They gave him a shot to relax him so the pain would go away and allow me to hold him for awhile and I had a chance to say good by and and talked to him. I was devastated at his loss and I don't know how I made it home without him. He will always be in my heart. I loved my Best Buddy so much. I wished him farewell on his trip to Dog Heaven where he would be free of pain and problems. I set him free. Alice helped me get ready for this moment. Thank her for me, Lewis Cains for Ninja my Best Buddy.
