It gave me peace of mind when I signed up, to know that in case of a catastrophic illness I wouldn’t need to agonize over treatment decisions. I never thought I would use it, but now that I have I’m so glad I signed up. The claims process is simple and fast. I would highly recommend Trupanion to anyone with a four legged family member.

Trupanion exemplifies everything that customer service should be. In a time where the world seems filled with negativity, the team at Trupanion showed me that genuine compassion exists. What was a traumatic and life-threatening ordeal for my sweet Dachshund Ozzie, ended up being a life saving experience. Tara is wonderful and responsive to my needs for me and my pets! Followed up a couple of days later about my call into the office. Glad I don't have to micro manage an insurance company and they are always so friendly, helpful and professional. Also SUPER low wait times if any when you call in!
