Stephanie from Prudent called me this morning as she saw she had missed my call. She was very kind and answered all my questions. I feel it is important to be able to speak with a live person. We made the right choice with Healthy Paws insurance…
We signed up for Healthy Paws insurance right after we rescued our puppy in October 2020. I did my research before deciding who to pick, and I am confident I made the right choice! Submitting claims is easy and the turnaround is quick. If you sign up for direct deposit, you get your money faster. I haven’t had any issues with claims being processed, and none of them have taken more than a few days. Customer service has been very helpful, and is available to answer questions quickly. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance.
