I was very impressed with spot ins. when we first signed up during 1st yr. However I believe some of the rules have changed and they are not covering things as before. I feel frustrated on weather to renew or cancel my coverage.

Embraces is the best pet insurance available.
My vet said that Embrace was probably the best pet insurance he has ever seen, and after being with Embrace for over two years now, I couldn't agree more. I take my dog to the vet for his annual checkup and then submit my receipt to Embrace for the Wellness plan and within 5-7 days, the money was in my bank account. This is the norm with these folks, as they truly get it right. I have both the Wellness plan and the regular insurance for accidents and illness, and again, they are simply wonderful. I would highly recommend this insurance, and it's reasonably priced!

The company, in my opinion, is Superb!!
I have been with Trupanion for over two years now, and their staff are excellent. I always get my questions answered and claims for my little guy D-jay taken care of without stress, and they cover most things. I appreciate them. Also, I don't have to do anything on my side. My vet submitted my claims, and then Trupanion instantly texted to say they got it, and they approved in the next 24 hours or less. However, if they need more time, they will also update you that they are working on your claim. The company, in my opinion, is Superb!! Thanks, Rockell

ROMEO and I thank All of you. You are all so wonderful. When one of our fur babies gets sick and could die, we are as upset as if it was one of our own children. You were there not only to guide me through my first claim but held my heart in your hands at the same time. Romeo is a very special kitty. all 20 pounds of him. He even helps the elderly in recovering. His ability to give love unconditionally is something the human race could learn a lot from. And you all have learned the gift that pets give. My 8 month puppy got into a chemical or poison at a 2 week train and board facility. She was in the hospital for a week on IV's and a feeding tube. My bill was over $8,000, but thank goodness for Healthy Paws. I submitted the bill along with her medical records and within 3 days of them receiving the documents my claim was approved and I received over $6,000 in reimbursements. Not only did they pay quickly they followed up to see how she was doing. Because of Healthy Paws I didn't have to worry about the cost of her care and was able to just focus on getting her better. They are the best!
