The process of submitting my claim was extremely easy and very straight forward even for someone who isn’t excellent with technology! I like that you are able to see when it has been approved/ if it is being reviewed and when my claim got approved I appreciated the breakdown of the approval for my bill!

Prompt no nonsense payment within about 10 days
Prompt no nonsense payment within about 10 days of submission and payment in my account several days after that. One comment though payment is only about 75% not 90% as tax is not included.

Trupanion does not have an amount you can claim per problem.
Trupanion does not have an amount you can claim per problem. They do not raise their monthly rates based on your claims. They only raise monthly rates because Veterinarians have raised their prices. They are very fast at processing your claims. They are always very friendly and explain what ever you don’t understand. I think Trupanion is the best Insurance Plan for your pet. ❤️
