Tucker spent 2 days at our vet with an intestinal infection. The day I picked him up I took a picture of the vet invoice and sent it in from my phone. Nationwide makes it so easy to file a claim and are very helpful when you have a question.

Highly recommend Embrace, which i have been using for several years for 3 dogs

We bought insurance through Embrace bc a friend recommended it. We bought it mainly for anything catastrophic, like cancer, autoimmune, cardiac. Thank God we signed up with Embrace. Sheila was very sick and had to be hospitalized for 1 week and then have a CT scan and follow-up appointments, etc. We have savings and were willing to dip into it, but were hoping Embrace would reimburse us. One by one, the approvals started coming in and within 1-2 days, money was deposited into our account. Thank you for easing our financial burden. We are unsure if we can have children, so our dogs are our world. We truly appreciate how wonderful EVERYONE has been at Embrace. Always friendly, courteous, quick, and attentive. I cannot recommend Embrace enough. They are a fantastic company and seem to truly care about the health and wellbeing of our pets. Sign with Embrace!!

Amazing insurance. Best decision we could of made after we got our rescue. The customer service is great, which gives you the option to text and have an actual conversation. The claim processing time is also quick. We just put a claim in after taking our pup to the ER and they processed the claim within a few days You have the option to receive your reimbursement either via check or direct deposit, but either way you receive the money very quickly. These people are truly animal lovers and it is hands down the best decision you will ever make for you and your fur baby! I tell people about how we are being reimbursed 100% most of the time and they cant believe such an insurance exists. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get this insurance because it is the only one of its kind.

My dog developed Hemangiosarcoma, cancer of the spleen and liver. Submitted several claims for emergency services and surgery. Claims were easy to file. Was kept apprised of the claim process and ultimately received timely payment.

Big mistake taking this company animal insurance. Even though I told embrace I wanted review of claim in paper, they still send me email.

We visited our veterinarian on Monday for the annual routine check-up and vaccinations. I filed the claim on Tuesday, and by Friday, the direct deposit was already being processed. Now THAT is what I call excellent customer service!!!

Healthypaws has been fantastic to work with. We recently had to have some fairly serious exploratory surgery for our Chihuahua mix to see if there was any cancer. Fortunately the results were very good, and our dog is now healing quickly. We were so impressed with Healthypaws from the very beginning of our relationship last Fall. Great communication, the simplicity of claim submission, efficiency of claims management, speed of reimbursement, and then the personalized follow up. We could not be any happier with this program.
