Pets Best is THE Best
We have had Pets Best since we got Biscuit 2 years ago and have used them twice in that time frame. Both times we submitted the claim and it was a breeze! We received our reimbursement in a decent time frame. After meeting our deductible this past time we still received about half of our money back! They are phenomenal. I also love the 24/7 vet line. They really do give you so much peace of mind and at a great rate! Even after filing a claim last year our rates didn’t increase! I recommend them to everyone!

Constantly increasing monthly premium and then offers no coverage. They will pay out basically nothing and find many work arounds as to why your service was not covered.
Loop holes
I’ve paid my monthly payment for years to only to receive a couple hundred and reimbursements. That’s on top of the thousand’sI have paid the Vet. My most recent claim was for oral surgery, which was over $2K. Not a penny was reimbursed because I did not have my pet enrolled before she was six months of age (she was 1 when I got the policy and now she’s 3), so that particular issue can’t be covered. Really? I should’ve known that my dog was gonna need oral surgery at 3 yrs old when she was 3 months old. Just shady so two thumbs down.

Outrageous premium increase of 400%
After 15 years of paying monthly premiums including very minor yearly increases this year they raised my premium over 400%. I went from paying $81/month to the new increase of $322.50/month!! The person I spoke with thought this was entirely reasonable and offered to cancel the policy since I was so unhappy with the change. So yes the service was good for those years but this is how they treat you and your precious pet when they would probably need it the most. Don't fall for this trap

Great pet insurance! Easy to get around the website and to file a claim. A tad bit more expensive than others but well worth it.

Good affordabe coverage...slow to process and pay
I think Pet's Best is a good company. The coverage is great and affordable. Claims are processed fairly, and filing claims is easy. That being said, they are extremely slow to process and pay.

Pets Best has been a lifesaver for me through the years. I never had a claim denied and all claims are always paid in a timely manner. Customer service is top notch. This company is worth every penny of their very reasonable premiums. I would never go anywhere else. I give them a well deserved 6 thumbs up.

"After many vet bills with previous pets, and as vet bills have increased over time, I decided to buy pet insurance with my new puppy in 2020. I decided on Pets Best after thoroughly researching many companies. My first claim to Pets Best came as my dog was about to turn 5 years old. The claims were submitted quite easily and once I paid my deductible, my claims were very quickly processed with a clear explanation of benefits. I am so happy we got pet insurance.
