That was a great experience. . Happy Paws vet explained what was covered or not by Trupanion. I'm very glad that I took Insurance with a specialty market for pet insurance... and without it that entire amount would have been all from my pocket. Basically no headaches

Great Benefits!!

Quick, easy & painless
We've been members since 2009 and have 2 dogs currently under Pets Best and we've had nothing but positive experiences and believe me we've had many interactions with them. One of our dogs shattered his femur, another had serious digestive problems, and our other dog liked swallowing toys which required surgery & other methods of removal. Each claim was handled professionally and in a timely manner - I'd definitely say their process is quick, easy & painless. I've recommended them to friends. The plan's well worth the money! And as an added bonus they have the pet helpline that we've had to utilize a few times.

My Bella, was ran over by a golf cart and had to have surgery. I was so thankful that I had this coverage because I didn't have to worry about the cost of what my little baby needed. Which gave me time to concentrate on taking care of her! Hospital billed straight to Trupanion and the only money I was out was the office visit.

A little disappointed.
With a 332.00 bill after the 200.00 deduction which I understood, only one of the two medications weee covered. I expected medications to be covered. I received a refund of 18.80. I was disappointed.

Excellent insurance for your pets.
I've had Healthy Paws for my Jack Russell Terrier(JRT) since 2015, basically when he was almost a year old. They have always been fair and processed claims quickly. Their app is very easy to navigate and you can keep track of all your claims even into the future. Recently, Ozzy, my JRT, had a mass growing on his front leg. Removal of the growth and skin grafts are extremely expensive and continuous bandage changes add up. We have spent well over $2k so far and Ozzy is not nearly finished with his care yet. Never, not once, has Healthy Paws given us trouble with our claims. And they even emailed us to inquire on his recovery! What insurance does that?! The level of professionalism and heart this company has is admirable. If you are looking into Pet Insurance, look no further. The premiums are a small cost for peace of mind. No regrets.
