No Good pet insurance Pumkin Pet Insurance
I am. I have been paying a $150 for the last 3 years. For pet insurance that has done nothing for me, but take take and take. I've submitted claims recently for my dog having surgery and $700 of the money that I paid went towards deductibles, and then I got denied my claims to the sum of $1500 I would never recommend pumpkin to anybody. If you need pet insurance.. I would seriously look elsewhere.. I'm not just disgruntled about these people. I'm so p***** off. They've done nothing for me in 3 years. But take take take and then because my dog turn 13 years old they upped my premium From a $115 a month to a $150 a month I hope they go out of business. I hope I hope everyone knows. What a terrible pet insurance place this is

Excellent Coverage and Hassle-Free Claims Process
We’ve been very happy with Pets Best. We currently have multiple dogs insured through them and have submitted claims ranging from routine illness and diagnostic testing to specialist consultations. The claims process has been straightforward, reimbursements have been processed as expected, and the coverage has given us the confidence to pursue the care our pets need without constantly worrying about the financial impact. One thing I’ve especially appreciated is that diagnostic testing and specialist evaluations have been covered according to our policy. Knowing that expensive workups and consultations are eligible for reimbursement has made difficult healthcare decisions much easier. We’ve also had positive experiences submitting older invoices and have found the process easy to navigate. As pet owners, having reliable coverage and predictable reimbursement has provided tremendous peace of mind. Based on our experience so far, Pets Best has been well worth the investment.

I have never had pet insurance before…
I have never had pet insurance before but this year I decided to get it to help care for my senior dog and help reduce my out of pocket expenses. Actually thinking I wouldn't need it but why not get it. Well was I surprised when my girl was diagnosed with a heart murmur and needed a cardiac workup that cost over $700. Well the claims process was so easy it didn't seem possible. I would recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to anyone who has a pet. It has saved me hundreds of dollars this year. I have actually saved more money than the cost of the insurance.

Activation Fee vs Enrollment Fee?
On the positive side, the customer service rep was excellent. On the negative side, the coupon I received from my veterinarian said No Activation Fee. When signing up I’m told that there would be an ‘enrollment’ fee. To my knowledge Trupanion does not charge any activation fee plus an enrollment fee, so I think this is dishonest. Playing with words. Not a good way to start off with a new customer. If I am wrong, please enlighten me and I’ll change my review. Thanks. 6/11 Update: I must again compliment Trupanion's customer service. My initial review prompted a call from a supervisor who wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with their policy. It turns out that as opposed to "no activation fee", the referral code/coupon gives the recipient a free 30-day policy. I suggested they change their wording to say something like "With this referral code you can sign up now and receive a free 30-day policy." Anyhow, I am satisfied, and have upgraded to a 5 star review.

Wish the per check price shown was based on employers actual schedule
The only thing that made this a 4 star rather than a 5 star was that I know my employer has our payroll deductions set up for 24 payroll periods, but the per check price quote that was shown to me on the site was based on 26 pay periods, which felt misleading. I wish the quotes would be shown according to the payroll deduction schedule Nationwide has set with the employer.

Great at first glance, but not afterwards
This has been going on for a month!!!! I have wasted countless hours, phone calls, emails, etc. The company seemed amazing and I was sold. After a bad experience and paying the deductible I did receive a check immediately; however, an emergency vet put down one breed (large) when he is also another (smaller) resulting in an increase of $20 rather than questioning me. Once i reached out I provided everything they asked for even going to the vet for a weight check and her sending proof that she felt he would not get to the cap for the next weight category. I was put through a run-around with messages saying I would hear back in 24 hours then 5 days. A call indicated that it was being elevated to their Signal team then another group. It seemed that I was being pushed off until the date when the increase would occur. I have cancelled and would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Five stars! Claims paid without a hassle
Pets Best has been an absolute lifesaver. Our puppy has had accident and illness coverage with Pets Best since 9 weeks old. We did all the required preventatives out of pocket but unfortunately at 6 months she contracted Coccidia parasite and had complications resulting in an emergency overnight stay and another 2 follow ups at our veterinary. Filing a claim is incredibly easy, and they have promptly reimbursed me for my vet visits and emergency care and medications. No games, no hidden loopholes—they just pay the claims as promised. If you want peace of mind for your dog or cat, this is the company to go with and if getting a puppy highly recommend getting coverage asap! Thank you, Pets Best!! We appreciate you.
So Smooth
Thank you Pets Best for your quick reponse and payment. I have had the best experience with Pets Best claim process. It is so easy and so smooth. Using Pets Best is the best decision we have made.
Okay so I have had this pet insurance…
Okay so I have had this pet insurance for awhile the reimbursement is like 80 percent but when I do the math of my vet bill and the reimbursement it don't add up another problem I have is when I file a claim some of my reimbursements go towards my deductible witch I feel like all the money that I pay mouthy should go towards my deductible all the mouths that they charge me and I dont file a claim should go towards my deductible because it's like I don't use the insurance until I need it but im still being charged for it so all the money im am being charged when I dont use it should go towards my deductible ps I have had this insurance before 2025 but it will not let me pick a date before that

Two agents hid from me the 6 month…
Two agents hid from me the 6 month waiting period for Orthopaedic coverage and the limitations involved despite me clearly asking them to tell me everything about the plan. I decided to cancel Fetch and stay with MetLife. How deceitful the agents were.
