Worst pet insurance ever ...by far
I switch to this company because Nationwide was getting more expensive. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. This company treated you like your worst enemy when you file a claim. On top of that asked for records, when in 10 years with Nationwide (previous pet) they paid without records and received a detailing explanation of benefits for the deductions. Please do not buy this insurance, in my opinion, based on my personal experience, is the worse in the market. They will gladly take your money for premiums, but as soon you file a claim, you will find out I am correct. Went back to Nationwide.

So far my pets visits to the vet have been covered without issue as I was told when I signed up. I have had seamless transactions thus far and no issues with the insurance. Very happy I decided to go with pumpkin at this time.

Very Pleased
I have multiple pets insurances with Pets Best. In September 2025 my female husky who was 7 tore her CCL my claim was submitted and I was reimbursed in a little over a week. 3 weeks after her surgery my male husky who was 6 tore his CCL. Again his claim was processed and I was reimbursed within 2 weeks. I don’t know how I would have been able to get both my dogs the medical attention they needed when they happened so close to each other. I highley recommend Pets Best to anyone looking to insure their pet!

26% increase when updated my address (in the same city)
They increase the cost of premium whenever they want, but I still kept my insurance for over 3 years. I was very shocked today when I updated my address (in the same city) and the premium went up by 26%!!! I reached out to customer support thinking it might be a mistake but they confirmed it was the correct price since I was now in a different “pricing zone”. Of course they won’t share any details or further information to justify such an increase. Beware of the promises they make in their website, they can be very misleading.

The people I interacted with over the phone. Every one of them was helpful, courteous knowledgeable. I learned the ease of submitting a claim. Prompt return of my money. It was hard to figure out which animal insurance I should get there are so many and I saw good reviews of pumpkin, and my vet recommended them. I can see why I’m very happy with them.

Not necessary for diligent pet owners that have stable income and access to credit.
If you are looking to get fetch pet insurance because you take care of your pets by doing annual vet visits, feeding them high quality food, and exercising them daily as well as have access to a good vet that doesn’t price gouge you with overnight stays and unnecessary tests and your pet is healthy and young. Then this is the review for you. You are 100% better off putting the premium that fetch charges you into a savings account rather than paying it to fetch as you will not get anything back on the annual vet visit unless you do teeth cleanings with your vet and the deductible will prevent you from getting any money back on random small vet visits. I would say this service is only helpful for pets that have not received neutering/spaying and initial shots and for people that haven’t considering going to a local adoption center to have this done. Additionally any pets that spend time outdoors will benefit from this service for the bigger emergencies that come along with spending time outdoors. Also this service may be beneficial if you find brushing your pets teeth difficult then the dental plan may be worthwhile. But unfortunately if you are getting this after those initial costs or because you are an excessively diligent pet owner you will have saved up enough by saving the premium yourself to pay for any accidents that occur.
