Excellent service for more than a decade

I've been insuring my dogs with Pets Best for a decade or more and they continue to provide excellent service and transparency in explaining their decisions--which have been uniformly accurate. When I got a new puppy a few years ago, the first thing I did when I got home was to enroll him with Pets Best because I was so pleased with how they handled my previous dog's benefits. I highly recommend them.

Very easy for peace of mind

"I opted for pet insurance when I first got my little guy eight years ago. We had another of the same breed prior to this, and she had some issues that were inherent in the breed - and costly. Unfortunately my current little guy now has some of the same issues. Thankfully, our vet caught it early - and WE HAVE INSURANCE. He's doing great, but it is so nice to have the peace of mind to have some of these larger bills covered. I researched pet insurance extensively, and we are totally happy with our decision to go with Pets Best. The premiums are not terrible but, like our own health insurance, have increased a bit with age. The coverage is great. Luckily, I have only had to file a couple claims, but it has been easy, and they have been resolved quickly. "

MetLife Cares 🥹

I have been with a couple pet insurances before finding MetLife. MetLife is hands down the best! Their premiums are fair, the claims process is easy via their app, and I feel my pet is cared for as they pay quickly (this is so important when you are worried sick about your fur baby, and spending on their care; MetLife eases the financial burden without adding to your stress💕)

Embrace used to be a great company…No Longer a great company

Embrace used to be a great company providing good value. Now Embrace is a greedy corporation putting profits ahead of services. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. No longer I of my dogs was insured by embrace for 11 years. My current dog has been insured by embrace for 3 years. Every year the premiums go up. I understand that. However, the most recent increase is ridiculous. No current health issues with my dog. Accident and health premiums has changed from $234.00/month to $376.00/month. The numbers no longer make any sense. I will bank $376.00/month versus paying ridiculous premiums. Please think seriously about using Embrace. March 23 2026 I just read the response from Embrace. I will say this very clearly. But beware I am seeing very similar post to mine regarding embrace making ridiculous increases to pet insurance premiums. I did some research and there are clearly better alternatives at this time than embrace. A was very happy customer if Embrace who now feels their corporate greed !!! Don’t get surprised by their bait and switch sales pitch. Sorry for Being so negative but embrace needs to called out for their ridiculous AI generated policy increases. Smells a lot like a doge audit :)

I was so surprised at the way MetLife…

I was so surprised at the way MetLife treated us. My husband was the one who discovered that a claim was paid twice and I called customer service at MetLife that evening. The woman that I spoke with agreed and she told us to wait until we received a letter to confirm the overpayment. The letter arrived but it took a very long time, and my husband sent a refund check right away. Unfortunately the check was lost in the mail and MetLife sent me to collection without even calling or emailing us. How embarrassing to treat a very good customer this way. Please don't expect us to renew our pet insurance with MetLife ever again. This was a very poor decision on your part. Sincerely, A. Estol
