My experience with Sonnet Insurance has…
My experience with Sonnet Insurance has been extremely disappointing. In my experience, the company lacked transparency, and I felt misled on several occasions regarding pricing and coverage details. I found that my premiums increased significantly, and I was not satisfied with the explanations provided for these increases. Communication was often frustrating, and I felt that important information was not always clearly disclosed. As a customer, I expected honesty, fairness, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Sonnet Insurance to carefully review all policy documents, ask detailed questions, and compare options with other insurers before making a decision. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Sonnet Insurance.

I've been with them for at least 10 years and have never had a problem with them. Even when my beloved Charlie passed away, they ended the policy w/o any charges. I loved it when the finally had the option to include wellness on the policy. My only complaint is in all the years i have been with them, never have I had a $30 dollar a month increase. That was an unpleasant surprise. For now I will stay with them, but if it goes up substantially again in the renewal again, I might start looking. But, as for the service, it has been great.

My one cat is on prescription food that is very expensive. The vet advised not to switch it. Met life has reimbursed me for these expenses. Not the whole price, but an appreciated amount.

We were told several months ago that they were going out of business to deal with an insurance called Odie. Needless to say we called ,texted this Odie and didn't get any response. Then after 3 years of payment to many pets we had NO insurance. AND our maltese gets glaucoma in the meantime... so we went to LEMONADE but they won't pay cause it's preexisting...sucks

Would Recommend
Its been a wonderful experience with Metlife pet insurance. Takes a bit longer than other insurance companies for claims to be reviewed, but its the most affordable and I was always happy with the results and reimbursements.

Paying $500 a month for a Weimaraner
Paying $500 a month for a Weimaraner, you have had coverage for since she was 4 months old. Price keeps going up and what is covered keeps going down. Have never gone over premium but you would think a company would be loyal to its most loyal customers. When we asked about coverage for a new dog (Vizsla) they said it would be $200 per month. So $625 for 2 dogs per month. Yeah right. Shop around

Not helpful with Rescue Adoptees
I was recommended to Pets Best and have had nothing but issues, primarily because he was a rescue foster to adoption. They want 12 month worth of records that just do not exist, provided adoption papers, vet sent records and they just deny stating they need the records, just away to not pay and collect your payments. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYINE WITH A RESCUE DOG.
