The best decision I could have made for my dog
My rescue bulldog mix, Winston, has had a myriad of health problems, including needing surgery for elbow dysplasia and now 2 torn ACLs. Luckily, I got pets best insurance for him when he was a puppy, so I can make sure he gets all his needed vet care without worrying about the cost. I tell literally everyone I know, get pet through pets best asap!! I have saved thousands of dollars over the 4 years Winston has been insured, and it's such a relief knowing I can get all the medical care he needs, specifically his surgeries.
Pets Best is the actual best
I have had pets best insurance for years for all three of my Boston terriers. The claims process is easy to understand, my claims are processed efficiently, and the cost of the premium is very reasonable. I have had surgeries, behavioural health, and illnesses all covered. Everything from BOAS surgery to a corneal ulcer to a benign histiocytoma to behavioral health. I am consistently impressed with the high-quality of service provided by this company. I could not recommend it more highly.
Peace of Mind
"Pets Best has allowed me to get the best care for my dogs without having to worry about whether I can afford it. One of my dogs tore his ACL and all associated care was covered (minus the deductible and copay.) 10 months later, he tore the other one, and again, all covered. My other dog had a mystery ailment and x-rays, bloodwork and meds were covered. I was able to just concentrate on getting my dog the treatment she needed and that has brought me such peace of mind. I have been very happy with the service from Pets Best! "
Knee surgery reimbursement
We were pleasantly surprised at the timeliness and amount HP reimbursed us for our dog's knee surgery. We have a long road of recovery/rehabilitation and hope HP will keep helping ease that financial burden.
Avoid. They will rip you off.
They deny everything based on geralizatjons and diagnosis from themselves and not what doctors say. My dog had a puppy scratch on her belly and they said it was allegies even though my vet didn’t. Then they proceeded to deny anything she has ever had because it shares potential symptoms with allergies. Then there is the “we don’t raise prices based on age or claims” but then they will go and raise it every single year. I have had my dog for 5 years and each year it has gone up 20-40 %. It started at $75. Now it is up to 170 a month. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Met Life Pet Insurance
I knew I would need pet insurance when Archie was about 6 months old. I chose Met Life for their exceptional reputation. I built my own plan (there are options) that I thought would best fit our needs. Insurance is to protect one from financial harm, no one ever buys insurance hoping to use it! Met Life on-line claims process is easy. Met Life does what they say they will do! All of our claims have been processed within 15 days and the claim payment is directly deposited in to my account. Again you have payment options. Customer Service is also exceptional! I have moved from state to state and no issues!! If you have a pet, Met Life cannot be beat!!!!! Metlifecom/Pets
Worry free service
My Pets Best policy covers almost everything my dog needs medically so I don't have to worry about going broke to treat her. The timely turn around from claim submittal to reimbursement helps with that as well. Very satisfied with Pets Best and plan to consider Pets Best for my next pet as well. Animals get sick just like people do and I'm very happy this service exists so when crisis hits, I can count on Pets Best to help us through it.
