Pets Best is fantastic!
"This is the first time we have purchased pet insurance. A little over three years we bought a standard bernedoodle hoping he would be around 60-80 pounds and according to the breeder he agreed that range should be close. We're in our 70's and also were hoping for the laid back personality of the Bernese Mountain Dog. Well as the saying goes "don't count your chickens before they hatch", none of what we expected/wanted took place. We love this boy to pieces but he is 110# and wired tight. Think Tasmanian Devil on steroids riding a pogo stick! So we thought it best get pet insurance. Thankfully he hasn't had any injuries but does have skin allergies. Pets Best has paid exactly what our policy states. They process our claims in a few days and our bank shows payment a few days later. We are extremely happy!"

The Easiest Claim and Reimbursement Process
Having pet insurance is a life saver, but having pet insurance that makes it easy to file claims and are prompt to reimburse makes PetsBest stand out from other insurance companies. I never have to worry about taking my dogs in for care because I know insurance will help cover those unexpected, or annual exams. They were great through my dog's CCL surgery, UTI's, and other illnesses and injury.
Good, bad, and future for our fur babies
"We've had Pest Best insurance on our fur babies for several years on several different beloved dogs/babies to help with the cost of routine care and wellness expenses in hopes we never had to use it for something more serious. Unfortunately, our beloved Maltese Ellie developed inoperable mast cell cancer and the tumor could not be removed. With the contribution of benefits paid by Pet Best we were able to provide various forms of treatment to keep her alive and comfortable long past the life expectancy predicted and otherwise unaffordable. Every moment with her was a treasured gift until she peacefully passed over. Likewise, when our Pomeranian Honey began having seizures we were able to afford the best of medical care for her. Both are awaiting us now on the rainbow bridge and we continue to purchase coverage for the two babies that were sent into our lives by divine orchestration and the spirit helpers of Ellie and Honey. We know our current babies, TinkerBelle, a blonde Pomeranian, and Buddy, a black and white shizpoo, are in good hands for any medical need thanks to Pet Best! May they have many healthy years with us!"
Why I love MetLife
Claims are extremely easy to submit. Your claim is reviewed in a timely manner and reimbursed directly to your bank account. Any questions I have had have been answered completely and to my satisfaction. Support personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. My only complaint is MetLife doesn’t offer horse insurance! MetLife has made my life and Finian’s so much easier. They offer a wide variety of plans at an affordable rate.

Great Insurance and Customer Service
So impressed with Fetch Insurance, The coverage was great, premiums were good, claims processing was quick and customer service was tops. Would recommend to anyone, especially to first time pet owners like we were. Unfortunately, our sweet puppy had a major heart defect which ended his life at 7 months and the costs for his care were quite high. The coverage and customer service during this difficult time were tremendous.

Coverage vs Price
I changed insurnce companies from Hartville to Spot thinking I was going to save money. I'm not due to the coverage that isn't there. I am thinking seriouly of going back to Hartville due to just a few more dollars I can get better coverage.
Not happy with Wellness Plan
I am not happy with the coverage of the Wellness plan. I have had Pets Best Insurance for the fifth year now. The insurance cost have been going up every year which I understand but the wellness plan's benefit coverage had stayed same at $305 since 2021. Due to inflation, the costs of annual check, flea/tick prevention, vaccines, blood exam, etc. have all gone up. I called customer service a few times asking for corporate to review this but had not seen any wellness benefit coverage improvement. Please review and adjust the coverage. Thank you.
Healthy Paws is THE best insurance company. Period.
I can not sing the praises of Healthy Paws enough. I have been with them for 7 years and am amazed daily by what a great company they are (considering the reputation most insurance companies have.) They review claims quickly, fairly and reimburse you for benefits in a matter of days straight to your bank account. The scope of what they cover is impressive and the yearly increase in their premiums has always been fair and reasonable. I left them briefly a few years back based on big promises made by a competing insurance company. It was a terrible experience. Their competitor took forever to review our claim and in the end came back and covered almost nothing. I came back to Healthy Paws and will never use a different company again. Most recently my dog had to have surgery. Not only did Healthy Paws cover the majority of the cost, they even emailed me to check in on my dog’s recovery a few weeks later. Thank you Healthy Paws for putting my faith back into insurance companies.

Pets Best is perfectly named
I have had Pets Best for my two dogs for about five years now and this might be the single best insurance company I've ever worked with. They've processed and paid claims with complete ease and great communication.. My 12 year old dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and they have covered all aspects of his care without any kind of resistance. I wish human health insurance was this good! Their service is, without a doubt, worth every penny I pay for premiums.

I was surprised that they were satisfied with the documentation that I turned in, I have had pet coverage for twenty plus years and I was amazed at how seamless the process was. No calling or emailing me for additional information.It MAY be a tad bit more expensive but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind knowing that I don't have to jump through hoops to get reimbursed. If things continue to go the way the past claim went I will be 100% satisfied."
