Best insurance on the market!
I cannot say enough good things about Pets Best insurance. My cat and dog are both insured with Pets Best and I couldn't be more pleased. The monthly cost is affordable and offers great reimbursements and coverage. The staff when you call are absolutely wonderful and some of the kindest customer service people out there. The claims process is very easy and once submitted, they handle everything fast and efficient. If you are looking for pet insurance, Pets Best is the one to get!

Emergency Vet Visit
Our 3 year cat had to be taken to the emergency vet. She wasn't using the litter box, eating, or drinking. Our regular vet was closed for the night and we felt like we had no choice but to take her to the emergency vet. We spent 6 hours there waiting for the results, worrying about every little thing that could be wrong. But, honestly, I never worried about the cost, I knew we picked a good plan through Pets Best. In the end our kitten was taken care of wonderfully by the vets' staff (back to normal after fluids and pain meds), and we were taken care of by Pets Best.

The best for peace of mind and total coverage
For the past 2.5 years Pets Best has taken care of all of Bitty (Lady Beatrice) medical needs and surgeries. They have never denied a covered Procedure, Medication, Tests and any Lab work that she needed. Every year I expected a super high rate increase, but to my surprise were just small normal increases due to rising costs of the services being given. A very good investment to help taking care of your furbaby. I have and do highly recommend Pets Best Insurance for great coverage, customer service and peace of mind knowing your buddy is taken care of.

My boy Louis had a vaccine on Saturday and woke up Sunday vomiting, several times. I freaked out, thinking it may have been a reaction to his vaccine. I rushed him to the ER Vet..they took such good care of him and me while we were there. It turned out to me nothing other than an upset tummy but having Pets Best Insurance allowed me to take him in without the fear of a costly vet bill. So thankful that I signed Louis up when he was just a pup. They also covered his care after he broke his leg at daycare. In my opinion THE BEST!!

Pets Best saves the day!
For years I did not buy pet insurance. When we got Brinkley, we decided to do it. Best decision ever! Pets Best has saved our pocket many times! He has had several yeast infections that have been quite costly. Pets Best pays the claim quickly and correctly. They save us hundreds of dollars for those visits. Everyone needs pet insurance!

Pets Best insurance is priceless!
During the past few years my senior dog who has been my best friend and companion in retirement has developed several treatable but rather expensive veterinary care issues. While I sometimes felt like his Pets Best was kind of pricey when he was younger and really rarely used it, I'm now so glad that I kept his coverage and Pets Best has really been there for us giving me a few more years with him I probably couldn't afford without it. It will be hard to finally let him go, but it would be unbearable to think I might have had to put him down just because I couldn't afford his vet bills. Thank you Pets Best for the extra time with my best friend!
Came back to Pets Best after 2 other ins co fails
I started with Pets Best 9 years ago. Although I was satisfied working with them, when rates went up, I switched to another recommended pet insurance company. After a year and a half with them, I switched to yet a different recommended pet insurance company. What I found is that both recommended insurance companies tried their best NOT to pay out any reimbursement. They did gymnastics to ensure that they paid nothing. When I finally switched back to Pets Best, what I saw is that Pets Best does the hard work (the gymnastics) to fairly apply the policy standards to each claim. I feel so much better served by this insurance company compared to the other two. I should never have left Pets Best, but I just assumed all insurance companies would be the same. I'm a loyal customer now, for sure.
