Turning a negative into a positive
At first what may seem a negative turned out to be a positive in my eyes. Trupanion had trouble finding information on my pet Lily, which extended the time I had to wait to see how much they were going to pay my emergency room. The text kept coming in and telling me they were sorry, but they were waiting on Trupanion for an answer. This really didn’t bother me because my pet is the most important thing to me and if I had to wait, I had to wait. My veterinarian leader told me she really had to push to get Trupanion to come through and I really appreciated that, but it is what I really appreciated was Trupanion called me and explained things to me over the phone and then I got an email with an apology that things had to go on so long. All in all a positive experience with everybody working together, which is more important than anything. And Trupanion did compensate well but then again I compensate them well every month with $280 a month for two dogs. But I am not leaving Trupanion! Not over a high premium. Take care!

We made the right choice going with Met Life for pet insurance. The app makes it easy to submit claims and the benefits are automatically deposited to my checking account. We’ve had the policy for 2 years now and are very pleased.

We have had MetLife for 9 years for our rescue baby. Was a little frustrated in the increase in premiums every year and almost canceled. This year we got a cancer diagnosis. They have quickly reimbursed all bills and we are thankful to have this in place.

I have nothing bad to say I never used the actual services didn’t need to atleast. But it did feel good know my paskeys wa safe and insured I think compared to other insurances for pets out their this one is pretty fair.. but still will be waiting till dogs get approved for medical.
