So far not good coverage
I was told when I signed up that Roxy’s first appt would be covered. I had just gotten her and was taking her to the vet that day. Guy said it would. It wasn’t. Then when I submitted her second fecal Sample charge since you didn’t cover the first one you also denied it. If I find you continue to not cover the items I was told on my conversation when I signed up I won’t continue coverage

I can't even get into there website…plus, poor coverage
I can't even get into there website anymore, as they tell me "IT is working on it." (403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2) Plus, there coverage is awful, I have a special needs dog and they only pay for a small % of care. What is the point in paying premiums monthly if I can't get great coverage for my Lab? I will be going somewhere else.

Fast response to claims
Fast response to claims; but I hope the monthly fees don’t keep going up. I’m paying over $200 a month. My dog is 11

Second Time Around
I signed up originally earlier this month. I was never sent my documents and I'm not sure what happened, but I know I got a lower price this time. Which I'm grateful for.

103% Rate Hike Is Unacceptable
I was shocked to see my Fetch pet insurance premium go from $77/month to $156/month at renewal. A 103% increase!! My dog is only 4 years old, and I made just one claim last year. There were no changes to my policy, yet my premium more than doubled. I understand that premiums can increase over time, but a 103% increase is excessive and very difficult to justify. It’s disappointing to see such a dramatic jump after being a loyal customer and making very limited use of the insurance. Unfortunately, this kind of price increase makes me seriously question whether it’s worth continuing with Fetch.

Incredible - Peace of Mind in an Emergency
Fabulous. Instead of paying $4,000 at the emergency vet I only paid my responsibility and Trupanion paid the rest at checkout. The emergency vet was able to submit the estimate on the spot for approval so my focus could be on my pet and not the money. They have a customer for life.

Pets Best is Dependable
We first got Pets Best insurance when we got our second dog in 2023. We couldn't have seen it coming, but 5 months later our other dog was diagnosed with cancer and needed a potentially life saving surgery. It was such a relief to be able to say yes without any hesitation to save her life. Pets Best was there for us and within less than one month reimbursed us to the full extent of our insurance plan. We have been loyal Pets Best members since and have recommended them to all of our friends with pets. The ability to say yes to pet care without worrying about the financial burden is a huge relief and one that we highly value as pet owners.

Love these guys!
The smartest thing I ever did with my 2 dogs was to get them health insurance the moment they were eligible to get it. Our last 2 dogs didn't have it and racked up impressive costs in their lifetimes. Pets Best has come through when needed and has always been easy to utilize. Recently one of our boys decided to quietly eat a small piece of cloth and then followed it with a lot of long grass and long story short, had to have it surgically removed from his stomach. Without Pets Best, that would have been really expensive. The knowledge that I never have to think twice (financially) about veterinary care for our boys is an incredible feeling. Their rates are totally fair and their coverage is excellent. I often look back and consider this one of my smartest pet decisions ever.
Pets Best is mediocre for rehabilitation
Pets Best has been amazing for my family. The price hikes are insane though. Going from $150 to $250 should be criminal. Insane. The process of getting payment for rehab sessions has been a joke. We unfortunately have to slow down rehab as it takes pets best 4 weeks to get a partial payment. I have to send that to review, that takes another 4 weeks. By that point I’ve already added another package of $3k. So I have $6k in rehab packages pending. And another $3k coming up within 2 weeks. There has to be a better way to process this. Hopefully in the future there will be but for my senior dog, it’s financially ruining me even though we have the pet insurance to cover it.
