When your dog starts getting old and she actually needs the health insurance they want you to get rid of your dog so they raise prices where you can’t afford it. Shame on you.

Healthypaws used to be fantastic but now as my dog gets older and sicker for the first four years. She never needed nothing but now as she’s getting older, she is using her and health insurance more which is normal for people and dogs that are aging instead of the pet insurance helping you they are raising me $100 a month for her health insurance what they’re trying to do is keep raising it. They raised it 50 bucks the other year now 100 just for you to get rid of it because now they’re not making money on you because they’re actually putting money out to the animals that need it. This should be not allowed. They should not be able to raise your health insurance for your doggy $100 a month shame on you.

Overpriced, underdelivered, and way too big and ego

You have a $100 deductible and an 80% reimbursement with caps and require a year's worth of medical records, not receipts, to underwrite a policy that will cost me $700 a year if I don't even use it. Get over yourselves. You can keep your precious insurance. You aren't worth my time and effort, let alone my money.

Fetch is really the best pet insurance…

Fetch is really the best pet insurance company. My chihuahua unfortunately needed a knee surgery to walk properly. Fetch covered the portion of the fee as my plan indicated right away. It really relieved the finance on my side. Every pet owner should get a pet insurance for your baby because you never know when would you need it.

DISHEARTENED BY THE "SENIOR PENALITY'…

DISHEARTENED BY THE SENIOR PENALITY AFTER 9 YEARS OF LOYALTY. As Dakota has aged, our premium has doubled with no leeway provided. What is most shocking is that our total premium for 2025 ended up being higher than the total amount that embrace actually paid out for her care. it's disheartening to feel that after nearly a deade of sonsistent payments we are being priced out just as our dog enters her senior years and needs the protection most. The financial jump is simply unreasonable for non-term customers.

Problem with the drop-down address selection menu that forced me to choose a building address but gave me no chance to include my condo unit number & I can't make changes to my profile online

It would be 5 stars except your 'address selection' has a default which has made the online application process difficult for me. Unfortunately, the policy I purchased is for the building my condo is located at as your system forced this address without allowing me to include my unit/suite number. I believe that makes the policy null and void as I am not the owner of the building located at that address, but only one condo. I called back for assistance but your live agents are unavailable from 6pm on Fri until Monday morning leaving me to worry about this all weekend as your system will not allow me to edit my profile. A colleague told me she was happy with Sonnet and that's why I signed up. Now I'm not so sure what it is going to take to fix this error.

I called the toll-free number and a representative answered all my questions was very thorough and what was the best price I found so I signed up my two dogs

When I called the customer service rep, she was able to answer all my questions and offered me a great rate compared to the other pet insurance companies so I signed up both of my dogs.

Quotes Keep Changing!

Every time I did a quote for my 1 yr old mixed breed male dog, I got a different quote. I requested 90%, $250 deductible, unlimited annual & I wanted exam fees as an 'add-on'. 1st quote was $45.13 + $8.25 2nd quote was $38.72 + $7.?? Before I submitted the credit card for payment, Prudent Pet's system summarized what I was requesting: 90%, $250, unlimited, start date for accident, illnesses, knee & ligament. However, it didn't indicate that exams were included even though I suspected as much because of the price. It wasn't until I actually processed the payment that it showed that exams were covered. The price was good, customer service reviews were good & coverage was good.

My pet ACL repair surgery

Overall experience with Fetch pet insurance, was pretty easy. Representatives walked me through what was going to take place, and explained the amount of money that was going to be refunded back to me to cover my dog’s surgery.

This was easy to understand and set upYou never know!

This was easy to understand and set up. You never know when it could be needed. My co-worker didn't have it and just told me what it cost to get her dog surgery. Yikes! MetLife is the way to go.

Agents are always very helpful and very competent. To add that 5th star, prices would have to come down.
