Ruperts quality of life 100% due to Embrace!
So far, my experience with Embrace and the claims process and timely response has been just terrific. Unfortunately, a few items are not covered such as Hyperbolic Oxygen Therapy post-surgery along with some minor meds like probiotics (which are trivial in cost anyway) but I suppose it's understandable as these items are not too costly and are technically subjective as to benefits. It is funny that chiropractic is covered though. Regardless, the major expenses have ALL been all covered subject to the deductible and co-insurance I chose, so no surprise there. Ruperts bills have been around $32,000 thus far and we're probably not done. So far, I've been on the hook for around +/- $5,000 or so out of pocket (including the HBOT therapy and probiotics). In my opinion that represents an extraordinary value for my premium dollar and more than exemplifies the purpose of having insurance in the first place. This is the second pet that I have had covered with Embrace and, unfortunately, in both cases coincidentally they both developed the same condition and my experience with Embrace has been outstanding for both.

Great company
After completing my pet insurance research, Spot insurance was determined to be the best fit for my pet cat. I was able to choose the percentage of reimbursement I wanted to receive back while paying a reasonable monthly fee. I no longer have to worry about large vet bills with Spot Insurance. I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing my cat is covered by the best insurance. The claims process is quick and easy with a detailed summary of what was accepted and what was rejected and why. I recommend Spot insurance to all pet lover's. Join a good, efficient, honest company and without worrying about the treatment you need for your pet.

Solid Pet Insurance
I’m actually very pleased with Pets Best overall. There are plenty of options, the plans are pretty straightforward, the CS team has been helpful when I have needed to call, and they’ve processed and paid claims promptly. Compared to human health insurance it’s a far better and simpler experience.

Top notch customer service
So far over the past year and a half embrace has been great. They have handled any claims that I’ve had quickly and I have had no issues whatsoever. I’m so glad that I went with embrace for our Jessie Mae’s insurance policy. It has been a real pleasure to work with them. They may not be the cheapest, but I had concerns on pre-existing issues. They were one a few that will pay for curable diseases or illnesses after a certain amount of time with no issues. It has proven true and we feel very confident using this insurance company.

A waste of time and money
A waste of time, money and effort to signup and deal with this company. The information you receive when signing up is misleading at best. Regardless of how many riders you will add to the basic policy such as wellness plus, alternative, rehabilitation etc figo will find a way to reject your claim.
