The premiums are so high and escalate so much every year...like another mortgage payment
My only issue is the incredibly high premiums. They are so astronomical that it makes it so difficult to insure your pet. You give people no choice but to pay because of the love of our pets. Bring down the price please!

Don’t even waste your money! Just pay out of pocket instead of paying out of pocket plus paying a monthly premium for nothing! Total scam and garbage!! Also the 30 day money back guarantee is total BS. They pro rate it! Even tho you can’t use it within the first 30 days!

Superb Service; Cost Friendly
Justin was absolutely wonderful. He was patient throughout our lengthy phone conversation and answered my numerous questions thoroughly and clearly. He spoke at a comfortable pace, so I was able to both absorb and reflect on his information as we chatted. in addition, I am getting much more thorough coverage compared to my previous insurance and saving money to boot.
