They were fine for the first year. After a year and reaching my deductible they raised my premiums from $35 a to $205 a month. I see reviews saying they process claims quickly. Yes they deny claims very quickly.

I honestly don’t get the positive reviews
Update: in response to Fetch below. I have had this insurance for over 17yrs, way before your company took over. My other pup has Healthy Paws; this year alone they covered 2 major vet visits but didn’t increase their annual premium by even $1. Whereas, with Fetch, there was NO END to annual premium increase by hundreds. Read the room please, there are many posts on social media calling you guys out for the greed by which you take advantage of pet parents. I have over 1MM combined followers on my pet accounts; I’m not the only one complaining about your shady practice. Original Comment: I honestly don’t get the positive reviews when Fetch is one of the most greedy pet insurance companies in the market presently. Upping annual premiums by 100%-300% is what grifters do, not companies that genuinely want to help pets. They always have an excuse to not reimburse expenses. Ultimately we ended up canceling insurance for our senior pup - it makes no sense to pay $7k+ premium, plus deductible/copay for max $15k payout. My younger one has Healthy Paws; the difference between the two insurance companies is night and day.

Very Disappointing
We have been with pets plus us since our dog was a puppy - she is now 10. no major claims. Of the ones that I've submitted lately, no reimbursements were issued. They take co-pay amounts out first to reduce the amount that can be used against deductible...making it harder to reach your deductible obligations - meaning that the $500 deductible is only eliminated after 6 or 700 in claims. so bottom line: over $1400 per year in payments plus $6-700 deductible and copay nonsense means over $2000 per year and still no sign of reimbursement. I'm very disappointed in the service to date and would never sign on with them again. I'm definitely not signing my new puppy up with them.

If I could give zero stars. First of all they raised my monthy!!! Second they NEVER paid any bill or part of any bill. Never replied the reasons why as well. They are horrible!

Positive experience
I was apprehensive that insurance would actually pay out, I have heard so many complaints of difficult insurance claims. Fetch was amazing, paid 90% after the $300 deductible for my dogs accident. I have a few smaller bills to submit but I'm confident that they will reimburse. I am so relieved, and happy! Thank You Fetch!
