Pumpkin was there when we needed them most. Their tech/processes are easy to understand and use! I wish I knew about them sooner….. there is no better pet insurance company.

I had a Terrible Experience , with Pets Best Insurance. They Charged my American Express, for 3 yrs Automatically, after I I Cancelled Policy. They have Refused to Credit my American Express back. I give Lemonade 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! They have been Incredible, and Best Prices. Cheryl

Not Transparent - Wellness Items Had Check Marks to Show Covered But They Barely Cover
Just signed up with Figo, through Costo. Very disappointed after just one visit. We signed up for the wellness add-on which had large check marks next to things like vaccines, microchip, deworming. We got our first claim back. They only cover $50 per year toward vaccines, $30 toward microchip, and $10 a year toward deworming. That should have been made much clearer. When a company puts large checkmarks next to what's covered on their plan, that makes it seem like it's covered. I'll be browsing for a better, hopefully, more honest company.

Denied new claims that were previously covered
Denied new claims b/c they said it's pre-existing. It something they were covering. Then I guess they just decided they would lose money on me; so they decided not to cover them anymore. I canceled my policy, wish i would have chosen a different company, b/c now his symptoms are pre-existing.

Thankful for pumpkin
I'm super glad to have pet insurance, my experience with Pumpkin has been great. I've submitted two claims in my time with them and both have been reviewed and reimbursed basically immediately. My cat recently had a urinary blockage from bladder stones, something I wasn't expecting since she's a girl, and when the vet told me she needed surgery it was a no brainer. She said we could try a lower cost option, but it would have been gradual, not guaranteed to work, and my girl would've kept suffering till it worked, and I'm so glad I have Pumpkin so I didn't even have to consider that option. I wanted whatever got her feeling better faster, so we went with surgery, and now she's on the mend and I've still got money in my bank account. Highly recommend!
