Great service so far. two claims handled beautifully !
My experience so far has been exceptional. Customer service staff are always pleasant, responsive and very helpful. Claims are a breeze to make with the app particularly. If there is any little glitch like once the pic did not come out well, they are a phone call away. never a wait, and I just emailed the bill and it was added to the claim immediately. Turn around time was before was about 2 weeks. 90% covered after the deductible as agreed upon. Highly recommended and as a matter of fact, I did, and my girlfriend now has her little doggy covered.

Nationwide was by our side.
Nationwide was by our side. Nationwide stood by their word and reimbursed my boys medical costs from his patella surgery. Everyone was kind and professional. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to receive said reimbursement. It did take just over two months.

ASPCA has insured my pets for over 10 years and they are the best!
I have insured all of my dogs with ASPCA for more than 10 years. They are very quick to process claims and very reliable with respect to honoring their policies. In addition, I compared pricing when it was time to renew a couple of years ago and they are still the best value for the money.

Coverage.
I have been with them since I got my two pups that are now three. They have been great until I tried to change coverage at my yearly renewal. In order to change coverage within the company you have to cancel the current plan. So no pre exhausting conditions are covered on the new plan that the older out of date plan did cover. Their plans changed so much that when I went to look at the new plans I would have been saving over $100 but was not eligible if I wanted my pets history to carry over. They do not reward loyalty or offer current members new discounts. Customer service was trash. They just kept repeating themselves and refused to take my concerns to management.

Des is great, Nationwide, not so much
Des was awesome! She is knowledgeable about pets & diagnosis codes and she went the extra mile to provide incredible customer service! I wish there were more people like her! Nationwide, however, is becoming a typical insurance company. I know they are in the business to make money, but they seem to be covering less and costing more. My vet recommended them as being the best, but I am less and less sure I agree.

Words are not enough to thank you . The day I discovered my Chloe's lump , I was very upset . I brought her to the vet thinking of the worst but everything is fine. After the relief that my baby will be okay , I realized that I didn't have to spend a lot of money , not that it matters, but it helps alleviate some of the stress . I could focus on caring gor her. Thank you!

Great coverage.
My car Ramses had to have her right eye removed due to an FLV infection. Surgery went fine. I felt confident submitting my claim. My monthly premium is so affordable from ASPCA, I can't believe pet owners pass on having coverage for their pets. It gives me piece of mind knowing my pet is covered. ASPCA team are quick to respond and everyone is kind and friendly. I'm glad they are there for me and my cat.
