Scarlett Rose the Basset Hound that somehow ate a rock
Our pup ate a rock and had to have surgery. Nation Wide responded to our claim quickly and reimbursed us $2,500 which covered 95% of our cost. We highly recommend Nation Wide and are glad we choose them for our pet insurance

Nationwide really does care

Fast,exceptional, and affordable
I’ve had pets best insurance for roughly 6 months. It’s affordable and the claims are really easy to submit. My poor pup had to have a surgery that was quite expensive. I submitted my claim after and was reimbursed within 2 weeks! Absolutely thrilled that my pup is feeling better and Pets best covered the majority of the bill! The best part is that it’s completely affordable! I’m not sure what I would have done without pets best!

The “cap” of services such as well pet vaccines seems to be too low for the cost and getting estimates should be an option

Turn around time seems to be taking longer and longer
Process takes to long and monthly payments increase is becoming more significant. I know premium goes up each year due to age but my dogs are only 5 and hike since 1 st year is crazy. Will probably be dropping within next year

Very happy with Pets Best
I had a bad experience with pet insurance in the past but did some intensive homework and decided you offered the best insurance and your website was extremely user friendly! I purchased insurance for my 2 new dogs - and submitted a claim hoping it would go through properly. The claim was easy to submit and I was notified quickly and paid by direct deposit very quickly as well. I am very very happy with the company!!!!!!!
