Happy with reimbursement
I had a recent vet bill and was happy that I was reimbursed for the amount stated in the policy. I needed this since I have 3 cats and would not want to incur all the costs if not for having this insurance, I would have had to pay the full amount without reimbursement, I am glad I decided to buy this years ago.

Very satisfied with claims
My dog Gracie had a mass growing on her leg. She needed blood tests, surgery, and a biopsy of her mass. The cost of everything was around $1200. Pets best reimbursed me $780. Very satisfied. Easy to submit a claim and was reimbursed within 2 days!

Insurance paid me back quickly
When my dogs needed care the insurance paid me back quickly which was important to me. The claims process is streamlined and straight forward. Your customer service representatives are very well trained. My only disappointment is hearing that my premium is almost going to double. I can handle reasonable increases but I m still figuring out what I am going to do.

Would rather have it than not
Having pet insurance is probably a good idea provided you don’t own a disease-prone dog for whom coverage exceptions are made. Our mixed-breed dog enjoys good health. we are satisfied with the reimbursements we’ve received for periodic health care and treatments.

I have been a policy holder for 3 years now-and have been pleased at every turn. It's a relief to know that my babies are covered and won't put us in the poor house if they get sick or injured. I have had only positive expierences with all Nationwide customer service agents.

Great coverage at a great price but slow claim repayment
I love the coverage and it is at a wonderful price but even after sending in all medical records it still took around 3 months to get a determination and claim reimbursement. I know since it was my first claim it can take longer to review and process everything however, more communication on the status of the claim would have been appreciated.
