Nationwide has been exceptional in processing and responding to claim submissions.
Nationwide offers a simple process for online submissions of vet claims. I am pleased with the response times and for the reimbursement rates. I did not have such insurance with my previous pets and this has saved us significant costs in maintaining our pet's health.

I am very pleased so far with the insurance. It takes a long time to get re-eimbursed, but if one knows it, it's ok. The insurance is more expensive, but it's a good coverage.

Embrace is Fantastic
I adopted a 5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog and was advised by many, many people to get pet insurance for her. Embrace was also recommended, and I checked other companies as well and decided on Embrace. I have recommended Trupanion numerous times to various people. I am very satisfied with the claims experience I recently had, and I liked that the vet could submit everything right on line. Also, we lost our girl, Cherie, two years ago, and she had needed an MRI, and Trupanion authorized the MRI almost immediately (although she was too far gone to have it done for her.)

The best insurance for your pet!
HealthyPaws has been the best choice for insurance I made for my puppy since I got him 10 months ago, he has been dealing with some pain episodes for the past 6 months, and we've been visiting different doctors to get a proper diagnosis, with bills that exceeded the thousands of dollars. Healthy Paws has been super responsive, and the fact they have no annual maximums, or lifetime maximums is the best thing every, specially when living in a city like San Francisco. 100% recommended. The only thing I regret is not maxing out the reimbursement level.

A must have for frenchie owners!!
To be honest, I wasn’t very pleased and actually regretted getting pet insurance for my 3 year old French bulldog. He had pre-existing allergies and absolutely nothing was being covered. I was spending a pretty decent amount in fees every month (which was going up every year) and I highly considered canceling the insurance. Well, fast forward two years later, Healthy Paws has covered not one but TWO back surgeries for my poor French Bulldog who had been diagnosed with IVDD! Not only did they cover the surgery itself, but they also covered the MRI, intensive care, hospital stay and all the shots/medications. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance in my poor pup’s hard times. I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough for French bulldog owners and/or breeds of dogs susceptible to IVDD. They are a blessing in disguise. Will be sure to use Healthy Paws on all future pets and I certainly recommend it to all my frenchie friends...

My claims process was very easy. My vet clinic offers Trupanion Express so my claim was processed in just a few minutes. Trupanion paid the hospital a portion of the bill so instead of paying over $500 like I was expecting I paid about $380. I'm a very happy customer
