WOW!! Support, Response & Customer Care is the Best.
Our 8-yr old dog blew out her knee over a holiday weekend. Emergency reconstructive surgery followed. Nationwide Pet Insurance was very supportive and communicative. We are now +16-wks from surgery, and our baby is rehabbing nicely. NPI has fulfilled their reimbursement commitment promptly and directed us to published articles in order to support rehab. Great partnership between customer and provider! Thank you.

Always puts my mind at ease
I absolutely love nationwide insurance. Our french bulldog is like a 2 year old and he gets into everything. Having the insurance has been a life saver! They process the claims and get us reimbursed so fast!

A must have insurance for dogs
I have an 11 month old Labrador Retriever and she is like every other lab very handful and mischievous, getting herself in trouble very fast and often. labs are known to be billy goats and would eat anything they find, that includes a whole plastic slipper top. She had a couple of these issues along with getting a conjunctivitis, a long time running bacterial issues and she has been visiting the vet a lot, especially having first time dog owners. Nationwide has been a lifesaver for us, helping to cover majority of the incidents and wellness checkups. We couldn't do otherwise.

So worth the money!
Claim process is easy and they are quick to pay out compared to other companies. A lot can come up with a giant dog and between the claim process and the quick payout it's so worth the money.

Easy decision
Leeloo had a mysterious mass on her hind leg. The biopsy was inconclusive, but we decided to remove it as soon as possible rather than wait until it turned into something ugly. If we didn't have insurance, the decision would've been a lot harder.

Piece of mind
My dogs are healthy and I have seldom actually received payment as most claims go toward my deductible. I do appreciate the application of my most recent claim for the lab work. Peace of mind for me.
