Embrace makes pet insurance easy and affordable. Insuring my pet through Embrace was the best decision I ever made involving my beloved pets. I enrolled in Embrace before I even picked my pup up from the breeder; and I am so glad I did! At just one year old, my Laborador Retiever pup, Phoebe, severely injured her knee which required major orthopedic surgery. Days after her surgery, she was bit or stung and had a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction which required emergency veterinary care. I simply submitted the claims and invoices and, done! Customer service is top notch, professional, courteous, and prompt (by phone and e-mail; I’ve had positive experiences with both). If you don’t have insurance for your pet, get Embrace now! I pay my premium on time, but it takes a long time to get reimbursed. Reimbursements are often not worth the premium I pay.
I have fairly young dogs and they don't get sick often. However, It's still good to have pet insurance because it helps off set some of the costs of veterinary care when my dogs get sick. However, Nationwide pet insurance takes a long time to process claims and the reimbursement is often very limited. I think they should reassess their processing time and increase their reimbursement rates to make it worth the premium I pay.

Pets Best pays quickly and thoroughly. My cats need ongoing testing for their conditions. What I'm reimbursted on one cat's claim goes into testing for my 2nd cat like a revolving door. I've saved hundreds of dollars.
