Great Insurance Company
We have been so very pleased with Embrace Insurance for the last several years. They process claims quickly and correctly. We are also happy with the Wellness coverage. We have had clients in the vet's office ask who we had and if it was worth the price. We always tell them how pleased we are with your company and how glad we are we went with Embrace!

Pet insurance offered through the ASPCA is affordable, simple to use and timely reimbursements. I have recommended pet health insurance through ASPCA to friends.

I am very satisfied with the reimbursement made by Nationwide and their process in filing and payment of claims! Much better coverage than with VIP, the predecessor insurance company.

I have been a client of Nationwide for years...way back when this was VPI Insurance. Frankly I don't know why pet owners would choose to NOT have insurance because I never EVER want to be in the position of having to decide on the best care because of finances...this way, my pets get the best care possible, and I never have to worry about $$$.

Excellent Insurance provider
Nationwide Pet Insurance replaced what I had for Ginger before. The fact that insurance from Nationwide included well-care was the tipping point in making the change. Ginger had an impacted anal gland that had to be taken care of and shortly thereafter (not known if related or not) she had to visit the vet again for apparent lethargy and not being able to easily get onto a couch or bed. These were taken care of by the vet. The treatment included X-Rays and a battery of tests (urine, blood, etc.). Nationwide covered all the treatments according to the policy specifications and my husband and I are happy campers. Ginger is back up to full speed and happy.

Easy to file claims online
I find claims easy to submit from my phone using the Vet app. I also like that money is deposited into my bank acct. the only problem I have is that neutering under 1 year was not covered for my dog. I am a responsible pet lover of a non show quality, companion dog. I am going to have my pet neutore....it is the right thing to do. Nationwide you should cover neutering, it is the right thing to do. I purchased the plan with the most coverage I could get and neutering is not covered under 1 year.

I love Nationwide !
Nationwide covers my Lily’s Eyelid Agenesis . Wich means she didn’t develop eyelids . When I found out she needed skin graph surgery to help her close her eye more and keep her eyes from infection it brought me to tears but I felt like I had the support of her pet insurance to get her the best care possible . She had a successful surgery, she continues to get care every 2-4 months to follow up . She will forever need eye meds. But she is such a happy cat, and if I didn’t have Nationwide I wouldn’t of been able to provide her with all the medical care she needs. If she didn’t have the procedures done she probably would of had to have her eyes removed based on their constant exposure and no protection, getting eye ulcers and constant infection due to her hair being in her eyes all the time . Im am forever greatful that Nationwide offers coverage for her eyes and genetic issue .

Allergy costs met!
We are so happy that we chose Nationwide once again for our new puppy. He has unfortunately been diagnosed with some severe allergies and Nationwide had been great in providing the coverage to meet his treatment needs!
