Processing time needs major improvement
I’ve been with nationwide for over 3 years now and I’m not impressed. I’m only staying because it’s less expensive than other providers and coverage is pretty good. Two things I really dislike are the quality of customer service and processing time. Every time I call in, the customer service representatives are not helpful nor do they sound like they have empathy. Luckily I don’t have to deal with them often. Their worst thing is their processing time. It takes about 3 weeks to process my reimbursement requests. This is absurd. It should not take this long to process something so simple. All in all, I have no loyalty to nationwide.

Great comprehensive policy!
We have been so pleased with our Nationwide Pet Policy. We never expected to have to use it for anything major, but unfortunately, ended up in a situation where our pup needed surgery. Thank goodness for our insurance! We are much less stressed about calling the vet for littler things, too. Knowing we have insurance, we don't skimp on getting Lola the care she needs. Thank you for providing a wonderful service for our four-legged member of the family.

Raising of premiums
I'm disappointed in the raising of my premiums because of my dogs age. I read the explanation but am still not happy with it. that's why I've been paying premium premiums so that if my dog needs care during the last years of his life it will be affordable. I had to reduce his coverage and increase my deductible And still my cost is higher. I'm not happy about this.
