Overall friendly process from the insurance options selection tailored to your pet’s needs and budget. First time insuring our Pets due to increasing vet costs. We had an emergency situation with our senior cat, and the overall claim process was very smooth, all online, sharing the vet’s information fast. The coverage was exactly what we agreed on our contract selection, took a couple of weeks for the review process to complete since we (Mom’s and Dad’s fault) did not submit our pets vet chart on time, however it was pretty clear and fast once they received all the details. Highly recommended

They Came Through for Me Twice
Twice now, Trupanion has given me the financial ability to help my dogs in ways I could never have managed on my own. In 2020, my dog, Zima, was diagnosed with Wobbler's Syndrome. Through Trupanion, she got to live a quality life for another 2 1/2 years when most Wobbler's victims don't live more than 6 months past the diagnosis. Recently, her sister, Zella, ingested a foreign body, and I could never have paid for the first step (surgery) by myself let alone the critical care she underwent in the days following the surgery. Unfortunately, Zella only made it 2 weeks after blockage, but I know her vets and I were able to provide her with every possible chance towards recovery.

To be honest, I’ve been completely surprised by the efficiency, and which you process claims the simplicity to file a claim, and the amount of the claim that you pay I am pleasantly surprised appreciative of your product, which I’ve been paying for for 10 years never used, but now my beloved little king Charles got some heart and thyroid issues that need to be taken care of making the 10 years of premiums hundred percent worth it

i would not recommend this insurance
i would not recommend this insurance, we paid for 13 years, never claimed and when we needed it their exemptions affected treating our dog properly, did you know that while you may fulfill the deductible for the condition, follow up visits needed for your dogs illness will not be covered because they consider them office visits, shameful, the coverage is designed so you don't use it because it's too expensive to actually file claims
