I had trouble with the website. I was not the only one because the representative was going to put in a ticket to IT. He sent me the forms to email instead. He also helped me switch to direct deposit into my checking account. I had the money within days.

Very easy to submit a claim and you get immediate notification it has been received. The time for review has lengthened with the new owners. The notification is as clear as it was before however once you receive it.

Filing claims is easy, processing and payment prompt. The only minor hiccup: A few months ago I didn’t receive the standard email acknowledgments that claims were received so I had to call to confirm. Other than that the process is simple and easy, which I’m sure all pet owners appreciate. Thank you for being there for us!
