Best pet insurance hands down!!
We are so happy to have chosen Healthy Paws for our pet insurance. It is so convenient to be able to send claims from my phone. The direct deposit is wonderful, and the payments are relatively quick. They always answer any questions I have promptly when responding to any email I send. It is always hard to go through health issues with pets, choosing Healthy Paws has made things a little easier. I highly recommend this company.

Unhappy Customer
Billing was very confusing. I have paid my veterinary at his office on the day of the surgery for my dog, Penny. Now you tell me I only owe $393.97 when I have already paid $732.75. The Vet's office phoned you while I was there and received confirmation that you would send me a cheque for the difference. You have not given me satisfactory service for my first ever claim. I am considering leaving as I have paid you since 2016 and this is the treatment that I have received. Not good enough! Please send me the cheque that is owing to me ASAP.I could set up my own account to look after Penny's needs and would not have the confusion as I have had over this claim.
