Max’s cruciate surgery
The overall process and assistance from Nationwide has been a great experience. The most difficult part of my claim was being able to track exactly what vet records were received as this was not clear without having to call the customer service team. They were great at providing information though. The payment process was very easy and seamless which was awesome.
