Chassy tore her ACL and needed surgery. She had surgery right away. Since I have been with Pets Best for 7 years I knew I did not need to call for an okay all I needed to do was file the claim. Best insurance! Best thing I ever did for my little girl. Thank you Pets Best!

I got my insurance payment very quickly and it was deposited straight into my bank account.
I submitted three claims all at once for all three of my cats. I believe it said it could take up to 60 days to review the claim, so I wasn't really watching for it. I was very surprised when I received my reimbursement in about two or three weeks. I signed up for electronic payment, so the funds were deposited directly to my bank account, saving mail time and a trip to the bank for me. It was great!

The Best Customer Sevice!
I highly recommend FIGO pet insurance. Not only is the coverage a great peace of mind, bit the customer service, and ease of claim filing is phenomenal. All I do is open the app, describe the issue, photograph the vet bill and submit. My reimbursement is in my bank account in an average of 3 days! So easy!
