Easier than I thought it'd be
I was very skeptical of pet insurance as one of my friends had pet insurance and when her dog needed surgery, her pet insurance didn't cover it. I called ahead to confirm the types of things that were covered and everything I asked them about, they said they covered. I was still skeptical but I went ahead and purchased the insurance. I have two dogs and I've had both of them get their yearly physical, both have had teeth cleanings and everything has been covered exactly as they previously stated. Filing the claim hasn't been 100% easy but I'd still give them an A for ease of use. Using the app, filing the claim is pretty straightforward. The only reason I don't give them 100% is because you have to visit a website to find out the status of the claim (the status is not available in the app). But making filing the claim is def the most important part!

Great insurance!!!!
Unfortunately, my pooch has had an emergency surgery and a major cut on the pad of his paw. Nationwide Pet Insurance has been there to help both times, and they even helped with his latest wellness visit. The claim process was super easy. I'm so thankful for this pet insurance!

First experience a success
My husband and I are so pleased with the whole process of filing a claim to receiving a reimbursement. The online tool and app are very user friendly and the email communication and txt message were very prompt in regards to keeping us informed along the way. Thanks for making this an easy process!

Figo provides great service for a great price.
FIgo has been easy and efficient to work with. Their plans have fair-prices, good coverage, and they process claims quickly. We have had other pet insurance but none have been as pleasant as figo. We are very satisfied with their service!

Questions of Customer Service
I am a recent "joiner" of pet insurance. When my mom passed she left us her two dogs which makes a total of 4 in the house. I started to calculate wellness visits, and heart work meds as well as two possible needing dental work this year or what if there were an accident. A few months into buying this through my employer's benefits, we had an accident. Dog hit by car. Not fun. But I have to say the process was super easy. I even wrote Customer Service to ask a question and they were quick to reply and with good info. A few months later it was time for heartworm med. Again I submitted my claims which were super easy, Three dogs had their claims paid but one didn't Again I wrote Customer Service, Again, super quick to reply and they replied with good info. That dog's claim was coming through just got a little delayed. Great Service and we are feeling very safe knowing if something were to happen again like our dog being hit, we have security.
