Trupanion is amazing
Trupanion was highly recommended by my vet when I adopted Finnegan a few years ago. ALthough he is quite a young cat, he has required treatment that would have been almost unattainable by me. Trupanion has exceeded my expectations in terms of service, and reliability. They have allowed me to make choices for treatment much more easily. The fact that they pay my veterinarian and I only have to pay the part that is not covered makes the finances manageable. When it's time to pay, the receptionist sends the invoice to Trupanion and within minutes they have responded with what they will pay and what is ineligible. It is always fair. I have recommended Trupanion to all my friends with pets and will continue to do so.

Affordable & Convenient Insurance
From the time I registered to my last submitted claim, ASPCA has been very helpful. The reps answered all my questions with ease and are very helpful! I use the app to submit claims and upload receipts (also to review coverage and see what expenses I can get reimbursed). Whenever I have made a call in they make a priority to ask about Cosmo which is great. I haves no issues processing claims and the money goes direct deposit into my account within a few days. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

It took a long time to process
I understand why we went back and forth looking for more information about Bailey's surgery but we had to put out over $2000.00 for her surgery and really needed our money back. I like the comfort of having insurance for Bailey and hope that next time it won't take so long. I also had some difficulties with the website and being able to see what was happening with the claim but a customer service rep was able to help remedy the situation. Now I can set up for future payments to do directly into my account as compared to sending a check in the mail. I would recommend this insurance to anyone with a pet.
