Very pleased with Healthy Paws
Had this insurance for about three years now for my cat who is now 8 years. He was diagnosed with asthma and has had more than the usual number of vet visits lately. Was wary of pet insurance at the start but very pleased with the service from Healthy Paws. Easy to file claims and the check arrives quickly.

Excellent Pet Insurance
I have had the greatest experience with Healthy Paws pet insurance. Recently, my little 4 year old chocolate lab was battling a bladder stone and urinary tract infection which required medicine, an X-ray and a sample sent to a lab (as well as a retest later). This was my first time needing to submit a claim to them, and I knew right away I had chosen the best insurance. After submitting the first claim and having such a fast response, I knew I was in good hands. Once I passed my deductible, my reimbursements came within a day or two. I am so glad that Healthy Paws covered xrays, medicine and samples being sent out for analysis were covered—And I rest assured knowing I was able to give the best care for my dog with Healthy Paws help. I would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone, 110%.

A Wonderful Experience with Trupanion
My puppy had been favoring his right back leg for the past while. Growing rather concerned, I took him to the family Vet who ordered X-rays and did a consultation. When the time came to pay, staff put everything through the insurance - all I had to cover was the deductible and 'regular' expenses. It was quite easy and very efficient. Thank you Trupanion.

The Insurance itself is very good.
I have a problem with the submitting of claim forms. Especially when I see I have done everything and then I find I am missing an invoice or a claim form and having to resubmit again is very time consuming. I am also having problems understanding your claim form website and sometimes I cannot even get to it. I still feel that I have not been reimbursed for flea and tick as the bill is not broken down as to what was paid. The payment is a limp sum figure. This my gripe. Sorry
