Been using Pets Best for a year now with no complaints
After having Pets Best for a year I'm still happy with the insurance. Their app makes things like checking policy docs and claim status, submitting claims, and changing account and pet info very easy. Most of my claims have been processed within a week or two with direct deposit. They have always been very responsive to my emails with questions about claims. Overall I'm impressed with Pets Best and feel it's been worth it for my mini aussie.

I have two puppies. One puppy is mischievous and always in to everything. We have had to go to the veterinarian multiple times. When I submitted the bills to the insurance company, they kept me informed of the process and were prompt paying the bills.

Unplanned vet expenses can be financially devastating.
My Schnauzer has had two health events that could have been very costly. Thanks to Nationwide she is healthy happy and so am I . Payments were made quickly and I didn't have to jump through complcated hoops to put in aclaim. I always recommend Nationwide. My sweet 14 year old Bouvier recently passed over the rainbow bridge.
