I am cancelling my policies with this company because they are inept. I submitted a wellness policy claim in December 2019. It is now April and they still have not paid the claim. They sent me two cheques - I returned one and they recalled the other. I have spent untold time on the phone and sent them letters but they still can't seem to do what should be simple and straightforward. Awful. Go somewhere else for pet insurance. Anywhere else would be better than this company.

Great coverage!
Although we have had this insurance for years, we typically would only come in under the deductible. This year, my dog had a couple of urinary tract infections, and we submitted the claims and were reimbursed quickly!

Excellent Experience
I recently had to take my dog to the ER for a health issue. I submitted my claim and was reimbursed 3 days later. The process could not have been easier. I submitted everything via the VitusVet app. I’m extremely pleased with Nationwide Insurance.
