Claim for Ear Infection
My dog had an ear infection, but because he has high anxiety, he needed to be sedated so the vet can examine and clean out is ears. After a whopping $500+ dollars for that visit, I paid and submitted my claim along with my itemized receipt to Nationwide. Within a week, I received a text and email alert that my claim has been processed and my reimbursement check payment was going to automatically be deposited into my account. It was that easy!! No back and forth with the insurance, no long wait to get my reimbursement check. Nationwide is efficient, reliable and trust-worthy. I am glad I chose them for my fur-babies pet insurance and would not trust any other company.

Service Dog Emergency
My son was away at college when his service dog got sick. He had to take the dog to the local emergency vet clinic twice. We filed the claim and received all of the expense was returned except the co-pay within a few weeks of filing the claim. My son loves the fact that he can file his claim on the app while he is checking out at the vet office. This helps with him not forgetting to log on to his account when he is back in his dorm room.

Though you have to pay the cost upfront and be reimbursed, the process for filing a claim and getting reimbursed was very quick and seamless.

What a relief to not worry about the vet bills when my dog was injuried by another dog!
The fast service from nationwide has allowed me to be able to take the best care of my English Bulldog. I continuously refer other animal owners to nationwide. I wish you offered direct billing from the vet instead but your turn around time has been great usually with in 5days of my claim.

Healthy Paws helped make a stressful time easier
Our french bulldog Gus needed emergency spine surgery due to a ruptured disk. Healthy paws worked with our neurologist and hospital to get the payment straight to them so we didn't have to pay funds upfront. It was such a stressful time for us and Healthy Paws made it so much easier and helped keep our focus with Gus instead of the financial paperwork. Healthy Paws also checked in with us on how Gus was doing and these little things are why we will never change our insurance!

I Love Figo!
Figo insurance is amazing. Our sweet puppy has had a rough year, but thanks to Figo, she's healed and playing again. We couldn't have afforded to do what she needed without Figo. Filing claims is the easiest process, and payment is amazingly fast! Their rules of coverage are very simple, so I always know what is covered. I have NOTHING bad to say about this company.
