The agents are always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I can get the coverage I need for my fur baby. I was able to get the right insurance very quickly by phone. I like how the payment is very secure in this crazy world. This company was there for our beautiful boxer boy for the short 7 and 1/2 years we were Blessed to love and care for him so now we now have our mini Golden Doodle covered.

I've never had pet insurance before till my recent kitty, and I was very pleased with how easy it is to use. The cost is very affordable and submitting claims may seem a little daunting to some, but it is rather easy. Also, once claims are approved and cashed out, they are deposited directly into your banking account, if that's how you choose to receive payment.

Prompt and Efficient Claims Processing
I recently had to take my pup to the emergency vet early Sunday morning, and the bill was understandably expensive. I submitted the invoice through the MetLife Pet app on Monday and was pleasantly surprised to receive the reimbursement by Friday. I really appreciate the fast and smooth payment process.
