I have a different pet insurance for my other dog and while they've been great I have to wait about 3-4 weeks to get reimbursed.
I have a different pet insurance for my other dog, and while they've been great, I have to wait about 3-4 weeks to get reimbursed. During these tough times, it helps to not have to drain my back account and just hope that I get a check soon. Also, the customer service and prompt communication was excellent!

Awesome!
During the time of Covid 19, my husband, who is in the restaurant business, did not receive a full pay check. Unfortunately our Labrador developed a limp and we were unsure of the cause. We ran up several bills totally almost $900.00. Before our charge card even came due, we received almost all of the money in reimbursement! Imagine our relief, that in our time of need, we were able to fully take care of our beloved pet. I cannot say enough good about this insurance. Just get it!
