The call with Stephanie was good.

The call with Stephanie was good. I got the info that I needed. However it would have been far better if I could have given her the vet details and she had the ability to add the info into my file and reopen the case. Overall I am disappointed in my experience. I submitted one clain with all of the details i.e. copy of the vet's report, contact details for the vet and then 2 months later I hear back to say my case is closed. The claim denied as I did not submit the info. Ridiculous. No I will not recommend Trupanion. When I first signed up I was so exci ted as it seemed simple, straightforward and now I realize too good to be true. You are no different than all of the insurance companies.

Nationwide is on Hercules’s Sode

This was Hercules’s first visit since Covid19 began shelter in place here in Waco Texas. Hercules needed to have his ears checked. The doctor said he had a yeast infection and gave us some meds to take home. As soon as I got the receipt for his visit I made the claim on VitusVet app, uploaded a picture of the receipt and submitted in the Veterinarian's parking lot. Nationwide reviewed it within 48 hrs and approved the claim within a week and had my reimbursement in less than 10 days! Bravo Nationwide! Thank you. 😃

Hassle free coverage

Hassle free coverage. I was initially aggravated because the vet didnt give me correct information. But when the bill came, Trupanion had taken care of there part without needing anything from me. Thank you!

No one can get a 9 10 no one is that perfect I did feel uncomfortable with giving my exact same credit card number again over the phone not sure if it's recorded or not.
