We are VERY glad we went with Nationwide and I can't overemphasize what a relief it's been to have this insurance. We found out that one of our two dogs has a rare disease, and it would have been a massive financial burden if it hadn't been for Nationwide's support. The customer service, easy claims process, and everything else has been completely painless too. Highly recommend!

Great experience
My dog Harley had a small tumor on his lower rear right leg. I got very stressed out once the Vet said it had to be removed immediately and sent for a biopsy. Thank his the biopsy came back benign. That was a huge relieve since he’s not just our pet, he’s our family member. Thanks to nationwide my vet bill was alleviated, and the claim was handled extremely quickly. I’m very happy I have Harley covered by Nationwide since he’s been a puppy.

I am so happy with this company
No one insurance company can be all things to everyone, but it was a good choice 5 years ago when I got Flash. I realize their computer identifies my call and they answer asking me how Flash is. It is a nice touch. Once the paperwork is in order on a claim everything from there seems to run smoothly. They do a direct deposit back into an account so I am not waiting for the mail to arrive. It seems they think of everything.
