They were there when I needed them.
Claims are easy to file. I have been notified on the day that the claim was sent in, usually two after that to be notified as to the result of the claim. Deposit of payment into my account has never been more than five days. This is a great company that I have been recommending to all of my friends. I have not had to make decisions concerning Bilbo's care based on money. Insuring him when he was young was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Excellent service and quick claim processing and reimbursement
Healthy Paws is so easy to work with. My dog had a major surgery so I called to make sure that it would be covered. The lady was super nice and helpful and answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease that what I was paying the vet for would in fact be covered. Once I submitted a claim, it was processed within a week and I received a reimbursement check in the mail shortly after. This was so important to me considering high credit card interest rates on a high charge that I would be facing if I did not receive this reimbursement in a timely manner. I will never cancel my Healthy Paws insurance and am so glad that they were able to help me cover this surgery that I otherwise might not have been able to do for my sweet pup! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Easy and quick process
The claim process is easy and quick. However, the cost must be paid out of pocket first. Not sure if there is an insurance card that the vet could use to file the claim directly. The owner will pay the difference.

Fast reimbursement !!
I recently had to bring my cat for multiple visits due to an infection. The claims were almost all covered other than a few items. The reimbursement process was easy and I was always reimbursed within a week of submitting claims. Thank you nationwide!

Thanks for making it so easy for me...
It was so seemless having the vet deal with Trupanion directly and alI I needed to do was pay the deductible and the difference to the vet. I was so upset about my dog Kaia being sick, not having to worry about the insurance was awesome.

The claims are filed by our Vet’s office and the e-mails come to me in a very timely manner. Any reimbursements are electronically deposited and it couldn’t be any easier.

Submitting Claims is a Breeze!
I have actually already recommended Trupanion to friends! Submitting claims is extremely easy, whether my vet is submitting them directly or I am submitting them myself through the website. Responses and payment are extremely quick, and every representative I've talked to has been very friendly, thorough, empathetic and knowledgeable. I can tell I am dealing with fellow pet lovers. I am very happy I chose Trupanion as my pets' insurance provider.

My experience filing a claim was easy. I submitted the claim and the funds went to my bank by direct deposit. I was slightly confused by the Chase bank email to accept the deposit. Otherwise no problems.
