Love the updates to the claim site at. Nationwide!
I recently have had to use the Nationwide claims portal and its new updated claim form has made it easier than ever to submit a claim. The previous system was way more difficult, clunky and not very user friendly. This time around I was able to go through the entire process quickly and get updates as to the where the claims were in the process in. a timely fashion. I even set up auto-deposit for my refunds and that was quick too. Thank you for updating the system!

Excellent service. Tried other insurances only to be disappointed.
Having 4 Maine Coons, we have had the opportunity to use other insurances. We have been disappointed every time. My work offered Nationwide Pet Insurance that could be taken directly from my pay check. We were impressed with the service and now that the process is all online and reimbursements sent directly to our checking account, the process is even better. We have also recommended Nationwide to our vet.

i chose ASPCA as my pets health care insurance because i know i can sleep good at night knowing i have their back should my pets needs attention care. from my own experience when my cat Roxy was sick, i forward my vet bill to ASPCA health insurance, they took immediate action and in no time i was reimbursed direct to my bank account and didn't even realised that my claim was paid till ASPCA contacted me to ask me about my cat roxy welfare and make sure she is fine. What a great service . it worth every penny. Thank you so so much.

Really glad we had pet insurance this year!
When we adopted Cody from the Animal Shelter I immediately signed him up for pet insurance through my employer. I never imagined that we would have claims this first year! Surprisingly, Cody ended up with an injury in his back and a weird growth on his eye! Both episodes cost just over $1,000 EACH. I submitted the invoices and medical records and was quickly sent an electronic funds transfer! I so appreciated that! We did not have the money in our budget this year for those expenses. I was really glad I bought this insurance plan and I highly recommend it to friends and family!
